We collect information you provide directly to us. Your Right to Know and Right of Data Portability.
You have the right to request that we provide certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information. You also have the right to request that we provide the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in a machine readable format.
Your Right to Delete.
You also have the right to request that we delete personal information collected from you subject to certain exceptions. We cannot delete your personal information without removing you from rewards programs or other programs that for which you have signed up or entered.
Your Right to Correct.
If we receive a verifiable request from you to correct inaccurate personal information about you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct such personal information.
Right to Object to Processing.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information, under certain conditions, and we may be required to no longer process your personal information. Such right to object may especially apply if we collect and process your personal information through automated decision making, such as profiling, to better understand your interests in our products and Services or for direct marketing. If you have a right to object and you exercise this right, your personal information will no longer be processed by us for such purposes. Right to Withdraw Consent.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information.
You have the right to opt out of having your personal information sold, shared, or used for targeted advertising. You may opt out by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” button at the footer of our website. You may also opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising associated with your email address, or other information we may disclose to our advertising or other partners so they can show you ads that are more relevant to your interests, by visiting this form and submitting the required information.
You Can Opt-Out Of Receiving Our Marketing Emails.
When you sign up for our newsletter or rewards programs, you will be asked to provide us with an accurate e-mail address through which we may contact you. Such registration through our Services constitutes your express acknowledgment that we may use your e-mail address to communicate with you about product offerings (unless affirmative consent is otherwise required by applicable law). Exercising Your Rights.
Please note that many of the above rights are subject to exceptions and limitations, and our responses will vary based on the circumstances of the request and on your location. If you choose to assert any of these rights under applicable law, we will respond in accordance with and within the time-period prescribed by such law.
If you are located in the State of California in the United States, a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable request related to your personal information. If you designate an authorized person to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent permission to make a request on your behalf.
When you submit a request, your request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative of that person; and (ii) describe the request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

If you request deletion of personal information that is necessary for us to provide a financial incentive (for example, your email address for an email-based discount program), we will be unable to continue providing the associated benefits. Additional terms and conditions may apply, and we will make them available to you at the time you sign up.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
