Why does my order say it's unfulfilled?
With Club Grunt Style, you pay a month in advance; to find the correct tracking number you must go to the previous month's order number to locate the tracking number.
(i.e. Your January Club shirt has an order date of December XX, XXXX)
I just signed up for $1, why did I just get charged on the first of the month again?
Charges for the Club are processed a month in advance. The $1 charge is for your first shirt which will be shipping by the 8th of the following month. The charge you received on the first of the month, is for your second Club shirt and will ship by the 8th of the following month.
(i.e. Sign up for $1 on January 30, that shirt is shipped by the 8th of February. Charged $20 on the 1st of February, that shirt will ship by the 8th of March)
How do I change my account from a Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription?
To do this, it is best you go through the sign-up process again to assure your Account is set up accurately. Once you do that, contact us and we will cancel your monthly subscription.
How do I change my address, payment info, or shirt size?
You can login to your account and update all of your info there, or contact Club Grunt Style at email@example.com or 877-554-7868 ext. 104 and we can update that for you.
*Note: If you update your information yourself, you will need to log into your Grunt Style account as well as your Recharge account to update information in two sections.
How do I enter into a giveaway?
ALL ACTIVE Club members are automatically entered into EVERY giveaway! ALL Annual Members get entered TWICE for EVERY giveaway!
When do we get our shirts every month?
Club shirts ship out by the 8th of every month!
What is the difference between a Monthly and Annual account?
1. A Monthly Member will be charged on the 1st of every month for the length of their membership, while an Annual Member pays in full for the whole year (saving $24 a year).
2. Monthly Members are entered into all giveaways once, while an Annual Member is entered twice.
Why can't I login to my account?
1. Verify your password is correct. If you are still having issues, contact Grunt Style and ask for a password reset email.
2. You may not have an active Grunt Style Account. The login information you created when you signed up for Club Grunt Style is your account information for Recharge (the billing system Club Grunt Style uses), we can send you an Account Activation email to set up your Grunt Style account.
Do I get to choose which shirt I get?
No. Club Grunt Style is a surprise shirt delivered to your door every month.
What if I don't like a shirt?
We have the Beer Guarantee!! That's a lifetime warranty for all of your shirts! All you have to do is send it back to us with a note and we can exchange your shirt, for one of equal or lesser value!
How do I cancel my account?
We would hate to lose you from the Club Grunt Style family, but all you have to do is contact us and we can cancel your account.
*Note: Monthly subscriptions members agreed to a 7 month commitment or will be charged a $25 early cancellation fee.
What is the fee to cancel my membership?
Monthly Subscription Members agreed to a 7 month commitment or will be charged a $25 early cancellation fee. If you have fulfilled the 7 month commitment, there is no cancellation fee.
