What is the difference between a Return and a Beer Guarantee?

A Return for Refund is initiated for any item that has been ordered within the past 60 days. Grunt Style will refund any unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Grunt Style discretion) and defective merchandise purchased within 60 days of receiving your order. Customers will be charged a restocking fee for all returns set up through the self-service portal. In addition, the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Beer Guarantee is a warranty that completely has your back. Yup. Everything. For any reason. Including tears, holes, loose threads, beer stains - even blood stains from defending the American Flag. Grunt Style will provide a return label to purchase. See below on how to get started.

How to Submit A Beer Guarantee

1. Find your order number or indicate where your item was purchased (or if it was a gift).
2. Print out our Beer Guarantee form and fill it out. 
3. Mail us your Beer Guaranteed item (Make sure you get a tracking number!) “Grunt Style will provide a return label to purchase.”

4.     Does Grunt Style offer a return label for my Beer Guarantee?

    Grunt Style will provide a return label to purchase so you can send back your item. Beer Guarantee is a BadA$$ warranty that has your back for life. All you would have to do is fill out the “BG FORM” and send the product and form back to us. 

    I can’t find my shirt on your website anymore, can I still get it?

    We will do our best to get you the same shirt. In case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for a Grunt Style shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value! (value is based on price paid). The item to be exchanged will be determined after the BG Request has been made to customer service. 

    My shirt was lost/stolen, can I still Beer Guarantee it?

    Unfortunately no, we do need the item sent back to us to honor the Beer Guarantee.

    How long does it take to process my Beer Guarantee?

    Once we receive your package, you should hear from our Beer Guarantee team via email, within one work week (weekends excluded) to begin your process. Timeframes may vary during holiday seasons.

    How will I know you received my Beer Guarantee?

    When mailing your Beer guarantee (warranty) package to Grunt Style, it is imperative to hold on to your  tracking information to better assist all parties to locate your shipment. Grunt Style is NOT responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us. Once we receive your package, you should hear from our Beer Guarantee team via email, within one work week (weekends excluded) to begin your process. Timeframes may vary during holiday seasons.

    I bought my Grunt Style shirt from a 3rd party, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?

    As long as the 3rd party is one that is “Authorized by Grunt Style” we can still process the Beer Guarantee (warranty). Please include the order number and the name of the company you purchased it from on your BG FORM when you send us your package.

    I have a custom order, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?

    Custom items are eligible for the standard Beer Guarantee on an individual consumer basis. For overall custom orders, no refunds will be provided if the order is delivered as described in the custom order agreement. 

    *Please keep in mind that all custom orders can not be replaced with the same design.

    If I add to the design/product, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?"

    No. Unfortunately, once you have customized an item it is no longer eligible for the Beer Guarantee(i.e. adding business logos or dying fabric). If you would like to have Grunt Style items with your logo on it please see our Customs page.  

    What if I need to return Kids or Baby apparel products?

    Grunt Style has your back for all Kids and Baby apparel. We have a guarantee for our little ones too, called the Root Beer Guarantee™!  Any customer can exchange within 60 days of purchase for any size or different style of equal value. Purchases older than 60 days do not qualify.

    What if Grunt Style can not swap out my shirt for the same shirt?  Can they send my shipment back to me?

    No. Grunt Style will not hold onto any Beer Guarantee item(s) or send the item(s) back to you.

    Returns FAQ

    How long is your Returns Period?

    Any unwanted product must be returned within 60 days from when your Grunt Style order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased (if you bought the items in one of our Grunt Style Retail Stores).

    What items can I return?

    We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 60 days. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. 

    You will be responsible for restocking fees. This total will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). There will be a restocking fee per order you return. 

    Items that are not eligible for refunds are Shipping Costs and Package Protection costs from your order.

    What is the restocking fee? 

    All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.

    If using a Happy Returns return bar for easy drop off, the fee will be $6, deducted from your total refund. 

    If you choose to mail back your items and get a shipping label from the Happy Returns self service portal, the shipping charge will equal $8 deducted from your total refund. 

    If you do not want to go through the Happy Returns Self Service Portal and you'd rather purchase a label from Grunt Style, this will be a separate charge of $9.95 + tax, if applicable.

    Can I get a refund on the shipping from my order?

    No. We do not currently offer refunds for any shipping costs from your original order.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes, to process a size exchange for the same item (if available) through our Happy Returns portal, your return must be within 60 days of receipt of original order.

    If your order is past the 60 day return window, your items are still covered under our Beer Guarantee.

    *IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM (PRIOR TO WASHING) PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. ANY COMMUNICATION AFTER THE 30 DAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK TO US THROUGH OUR BEER GUARANTEE. 

    If I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the right size?

    We recommend placing an order for the correct size and setting up a Return for the original order by clicking here.

    Alternatively, you can send your item back to us with a note of what size you are wanting. If we are unable to swap out for that size we will reach out via email. We've got you covered.

    When will I get my refund?

    To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. Your refund will be processed upon inspection and receipt of the returned items.

    How will I receive my refund?

    We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

    For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

    Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

    If using a Happy Returns Bar in the US or returning to our London Retail Store, a refund may be immediately processed upon return, if eligible. Most returns will be refunded upon receipt and inspection by the Grunt Style team.

    Can I combine multiple returns into one return?

    Returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately!

    If using a Happy Returns Bar in the US, you can take these items to the same bar. Show your two different barcodes and send it back with ease! Please keep in mind that there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund per order.

    Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

    Only the item(s) associated with the approved Happy Returns will be accepted, any additional items included in the return will not be honored.
