  • Grunt Style will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Grunt Style discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.
  • Any other return/exchange will fall under the policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.
  • Purchases of third-party brands like EGO Cases, Grill Your Ass Off, Soledier Socks, or others are not eligible for coverage under our Beer Guarantee policy.

We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. Sometimes you will find that your size is currently sold out. Don't worry we got you covered! If we plan on restocking that size, just click the button below the size selection that says "Email when available", once we get that size back in stock you will be the first to know!

Some shirts are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down (they are assembled in the Americas). All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our Chicago headquarters by veterans and patriots.

That would be a no. Coupons and discounts are good on mostly everything else though! Exclusions include Subscriptions, Mystery products, Sale items, Donation products, Licensed products, Custom Apparel, Basic Bundles, and select third-party items. Please note that exclusions are subject to change at any time.

Orders

It depends on the discount code or offer. Our systems only allow one order discount coupon per purchase. Sometimes product discounts can be stacked with other offers and promotions.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing after your email has been received. If it has been some time, please contact customer service to verify it is valid.

Make sure you’re signed into your Grunt Style account. Your perks only activate when you’re logged in. If you're in-store, provide your account email or phone number!

Your gear has been processed and we’re getting it out the door just as fast as we can (it’s going to be a shorter wait than the VA, so don’t complain).

If your order contains a preorder, made to order, or Grunt Style limited item your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. Once available it will ship in the method purchased. If you would like to split the order please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
