OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES OF GRUNT STYLE SHOW US HOW YOU ‘MERICA CONTEST
Who can Enter: The Grunt Style Show Us How You ‘Merica Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, managers and officers of Grunt Style, LLC (“Grunt Style”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST AND THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Privacy Policy: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO GRUNT STYLE’S PRIVACY POLICY STATED ON THE GRUNT STYLE WEBSITE. Click here to read the Privacy Policy.
Contest Entry Submission Entry Period: The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 -June 28, 2026, at 5:00 pm CST (“Contest Period”). Any entry that is submitted after June 28, 2026, at 5:00 pm CST will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period a Contest participants (“Participant”) must: (a) follow @GruntStyle; (b) post a photo or video on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok demonstrating how Participant “’Merica”; (c) tag @GruntStyle; and (d) include the hashtag #GruntStyle250. Use of Grunt Style apparel is encouraged but not required.
Agreement To Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Grunt Style, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
$250 Weekly Prizes and Winner Selection Criteria: Video/photo entries submitted in each of Weeks 1-4 (see below) during the Contest Period will be objectively reviewed by a Grunt Style Committee composed of members of Grunt Style’s marketing team. The Grunt Style Committee will select the top three video/photo during each of Contest Week 1-4 based on the following criteria: excitement, creative execution of the submission, originality of the submission, overall quality of the video/photo, responsiveness to the prompt, and overall impact. Bonus points are awarded if the video/photo submission incorporates Grunt Style apparel. The Grunt Style Committee shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, lewd, derogatory, inappropriate, or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by the Grunt Style Committee in their sole discretion. Then, Grunt Style will reshare the top three video/photo posts for each Contest Week on Grunt Style’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and the video/photo post with the most interactions will win a $250 prize for that Contest Week by Visa Gift Cards. The Grunt Style Committee shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, lewd, derogatory, inappropriate, or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by the Grunt Style Committee in their sole discretion.
The Weekly Contest Weeks are:
- Week 1: June 1, 2026 - June 7, 2026
- Week 2: June 8, 2026 - June 14, 2026
- Week 3: June 15, 2026 - June 21, 2026
- Week 4: June 22, 2026 - June 28, 2026
$1,000 Grand Finale Prize: During the week of June 29, 2026- July 4, 2026, the four Weekly winners will be displayed on www.gruntstyle.com and the video/phot submission that receives the most votes will win a $1,000 grand finale prize by Visa Gift Card.
Rights Granted to Grunt Style by Participant: By submitting a video/photo, a Participant irrevocably grant to Grunt Style, LLC, any person or entity acting on Grunt Style’s behalf, and any licensees, successors and assigns of Grunt Style, a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, exclusive license to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, reproduce, and create derivative works of Participant’s video/photo entry, and/or otherwise use or reuse Participant’s name, image, voice, likeness, statements, biographical material, and video/photo or written submissions, photographic images, video/photo images, or other materials of Participant arising out of Participant’s participation in the Contest in any manner or media whatsoever (whether known or hereafter devised), including on Grunt Style’s websites and social media platforms, for any purpose, including without limitation, for Grunt Style social media campaigns, and other publicity, advertising, promotional and public relations purposes, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration. Grunt Styles has no obligation to post or publish Participant’s video/photo Entry. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes a waiver, on behalf of the winner of any claims to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for all uses of the video/photo Entry by Grunt Style or its agents that are permitted or granted hereunder. By participating in the creation of an Entry, all Third-Party Participants are deemed to make the representations and agreements set forth in these Official Rules and may be required to execute documents to that effect or provide Evidence of Rights before the selected Winner is entitled to receive any prize. Should any Participant fail to comply with the Official Rules or in the event of any dispute between the Participant and Grunt Style or any other person or entity regarding ownership to the Entry or any aspect of the Contest, Grunt Style reserves the right to disqualify the Participant’s entry.
Participant Warranties and Representations: As a condition of entering the Contest and by submitting Participant’s video/photo entry, Participant warrants and represent that: (a) Participant owns all rights to Participant’s video/photo submission and Participant has not granted any other person or entity, other than Grunt Style, any rights to use Participant’s video/photo entry; (b) Participant is the individual featured in the video entry; and (c) Participant’s video /photo entry (i) is original and has been legally obtained and created, (ii) does not infringe on or violate the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of any third party, and (iii) has not been previously published in any medium.
General: Grunt Style is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of any prize. In the event Grunt Style is prevented from continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, or otherwise, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or other cause not within Grunt Styles’ control, Grunt Styles shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Contest and/or to select a winner from among all eligible entries received up to the date of termination or other equitable resolution in the sole discretion of the Grunt Style.
