How do I contact Club Grunt Style Customer Service?

What is the difference between a Monthly and Annual membership?

A Monthly Member will be charged on the 1st of every month for the length of their membership, while Annual Members pay in full for the whole year. Club members are automatically entered into all giveaways.

When will my first shirt arrive?

Grunt Style's goal is to begin shipping all Club Member shirts beginning on the 10th of every month. New subscription orders past the 10th of each month will begin shipping out once all previous orders have been completed.  Our club shirts are paid a month in advance, which allows us to ensure that we have every club member covered each month.

***For example, if you ordered in May you will recieve the shirt designated for June. 

How do I change my Address, Payment info, or Shirt size?

We ask if you could please email or call us to update your information.  Please note: DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER EMAIL OR LIVE CHAT!  We can also email you a link to your account for your billing information updates if you would prefer.

NOTE: Size and address changes need to be completed by the 8th of the month or they will not be in effect until the following month.

NOTE: Our systems do not always communicate with each other when doing any changes on accounts.  Our IT team is working for a solution to resolve these issues.

Update Subscription Payment Method for ShopPay

View your Shop Pay subscription orders

To view your subscription orders with Shop Pay, you need to log in to Shop through a web browser.

  1. Enter your email, and then click Continue.
  2. In the Verify your identity section, complete one of the following options: 
    • Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your phone number.
    • Click Send me a code by email instead, and then enter the six-digit verification code that was sent to your email.

After you log in, in the Active orders section, click the subscription order that you want to view. 

Edit your subscription order payment method

You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay. 

  1. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit. 
  2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  3. Do one of the following: 
    • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
    • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.
  4. Click Update.
Remove Shop Pay as a payment method from your subscription
  1.  In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to remove Shop Pay from.
  2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  3. Click Remove Shop Pay to remove your payment method from your subscription, and then click Remove Shop Pay again to confirm.
  4. Optional: To manage your subscription, you need to visit the online store that you purchased from. Removing Shop Pay as a payment method doesn't cancel your subscription order.

Why can’t I log into my account?

  1. Verify your password is correct.
  2. Your login information is the email address and password that you used when you originally signed up for club.
  3. If you are still having issues, please contact our Grunt Style Customer Service to reset your password.

Why does my orders say it’s unfulfilled when I log into my account?

With Club Grunt Style you pay a month in advance, which means you will always have one order on your account showing unfulfilled.  At times our systems may have a hiccup with the communication between out processing system and shipping system. We are working on a solution for this issue.  If you want to make sure that your account is in good standing with your shipments please do not hesitate to contact us.

Will I still receive free shipping on my Grunt Style orders?

Of course you will, we do ask that you give us time to ensure your profile is established on Grunt Style for free expedited shipping! This may take 2-3 business days. If it’s something you need done immediately please contact Grunt Style Customer Service.

How do I enter into the giveaways?

ALL ACTIVE Club members are automatically entered into EVERY giveaway!

When does my membership expire?

We would hate to lose your from the Club Grunt Style Family, but if you need to cancel please contact us.  Your membership does not expire unless you choose to retire your membership. We also allow the option to skip a month or 2 instead of canceling! (Contact Customer Service for more info on this) 

Will I be able to see what the newest shirt looks like before I receive it?

As this is an exclusive item available only to Club Members, we do not release images of the shirt before it ships. We can assure you that our highly talented staff of U.S. Combat Veteran graphic designers will create a unique shirt you will not find anywhere else.

Do I get to choose which shirt I get?

No you do not. Club Grunt Style is a surprise shirt delivered to your door every month.

What if I have a shirt that I cannot wear due to vulgarity or just do not wish to wear it?

If you ever get a bad ass, exclusive, one of a kind shirt that just doesn’t work with your lifestyle; send it back under the Grunt Style Beer Guarantee® and we will get it exchanged with a shirt of equal or lesser value.

How do I cancel my membership?

We would hate to lose you from the Club Grunt Style family, but all you have to do is contact us and we can cancel your account.
