        Meet David and Cythia Kim, the founders of Children of the Fallen Patriots. Since 2002 Children of Fallen Patriots has grown in its mission and vision to extend peace of mind through college scholarships to Gold Star families in all 50 states and in all branches of the military.

        THE FOUR TOAST SOLUTE

        Since the very beginning, we at Grunt Style have always stood for Honoring our Country and Military. Early on we came up with the 'Four Toast Salute,' a toast made by Veterans to honor what they stand for. This is a private, internal tradition we perform every Friday before going home to our families.

        THE HISTORY OF THE BATTLEFIELD CROSS

        The Battlefield Cross is a symbolic replacement of a cross on the battlefield or at the base camp for a soldier who has been killed. In this article we explain how the cross is made up of the soldier's helmet, bayonet, and boots, placed on top of a symbolic representation of the fallen soldier's rifle.
