Refer a Friend Program - Terms and Conditions

By participating in our Refer a Friend program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be an existing member of our Club or have an active Grunt Style account with us.

  2. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in referral programs.

  3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of our company are not eligible to participate in the Program.

What is a successful referral?
Though there may be many customers sharing their referral link with friends, a referral is only considered successful, or "completed" if it meets these requirements:

  1. The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount (price after discount)
  2. Must be the referred friend's first purchase
  3. The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

Things that may cause a referral to fail:

  • If the customer clicked on the referral link but then made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent, the referring customer would not get the kickback.
  • If the minimum spent amount was reached, but part of the sum was paid for using a coupon, this will not be counted as a completed referral. The minimum amount must be paid for with actual money and by using redemption options.
  • The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent on the first purchase made via the referral link. The amount cannot span across several purchases.

Referral Process:

  1. To refer a friend, you will need to access the Refer a Friend page within your account and obtain your unique referral code or link.

  2. You can share your referral code/link with friends via email, text messages, or social media platforms.

  3. Your referred friend must use the referral code or link provided by you during their sign-up process.

Reward Criteria:

  1. Your referred friend must successfully sign up for a monthly subscription using your referral code or link.

  2. Your referred friend must complete their second month's subscription charge for you to become eligible for rewards.

Rewards:

  1. Once your referred friend meets the reward criteria, you will receive a $50 credit that can be applied to your next order.

  2. The reward credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  3. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or the rewards you can earn.

Friend's Benefit:

  1. Your referred friend will receive a complimentary month of Club membership upon using your referral code or link during their sign-up.

General Terms:

  1. Our company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice.

  2. Fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the Program may result in the cancellation of rewards and/or account suspension.

  3. You are responsible for ensuring that your referrals comply with these terms and conditions.

  4. By participating in the Program, you grant our company permission to use your name and image for promotional purposes.

  5. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.
