What's your return policy?

  • Grunt Style will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Grunt Style discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.
  • A customer is allowed one price adjustment on full-priced merchandise due to a sale however, it must be made within 7 days from the original date of shipment.
  • Any other return/exchange will fall under the Grunt Style Beer Guarantee policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.

Why is a product labeled preorder and why is it less expensive?

We offer a significant preorder discount on products that have been approved to produce but are not yet in stock. Generally, a preorder product will be available to ship within a few weeks as it makes its way through the production cycle. To compensate customers’, wait time, we offer the preorder discount.

Why is my order not shipping?

If you place an order and something is out of stock or on preorder your order will ship when all items are in stock.

How will you ship my order? How long does it take to receive it?

We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact Customer Service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Rates: Standard shipping rates of $6.95 are sent via FedEx/USPS. Expedited options are available at the time of checkout.

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?

We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. We advise you to fill out a hurt feelings report, and standby for your next favorite shirt to appear.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Freedom isn’t free! Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.

Do coupons work on Grunt Style Limited customs?

Unfortunately, coupons may not be used on GSL's. You are welcome to use them on many of our other products!

Are Grunt Style items made in the U.S.?

Some shirts are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down (they are assembled in the Americas). All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our Chicagoland headquarters by veterans and patriots.

My order says “pending.” What does that mean?

Your gear has been processed and we’re getting it out the door just as fast as we can (it’s going to be a shorter wait than the VA, so don’t complain).

The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?

Wipe your single manly tear from your beard, and keep an eye on our website. If the listing is still there, we will likely reproduce it.

Do you ship internationally?

Would a statue of George Washington astride a bald eagle look epic on top of the white house? Yes. If you have trouble navigating the checkout process for international shipments, contact Customer Service.

Where’s my return?

Do you carry Tall or Large sizes?
