The Family Circuit

No gym required, just your family and a bit of effort.

The intent is to help the family spend good time together by sweating together! Plus we’ll all get in a little shape. Please use modified positions just to complete the exercise if needed.

The Workout:

  1. Everyone does 25 push-ups (everyone stays down in the push up position until everyone is done because you’re all in this together, if you must some people can do them from their knees instead of feet)
  2. 30 second break for everyone!
  3. Everyone does 25 air squats (everyone stays in the squat position when complete until everyone is completed!)
  4. 30 second break for everyone!
  5. Everyone does 25 sit ups (stay in the up position when complete until everyone is done. We’re all in this together!)
  6. 30 second break for everyone!
  7. Go back to step 1 and repeat the entire you’ve done the entire workout 4 times!
