Count My Age

No gym required, just your family and a bit of effort.

The intent is to help the family spend good time together by sweating together! Plus we’ll all get in a little shape. Please use modified positions just to complete the exercise if needed.

The Workout:

  1. One diamond pushup
  2. One sit up
  3. One wide hands pushup
  4. One jump squat
  5. Then everyone yells out the number “1”
  6. Repeat immediately, everyone does every exercise together and when you get the step 5 you progressively say the next number until you reach the older person working outs’ age!
